# Manage Users

> Add, assign, and deactivate Cara users

### To assign users

1. Go to **Manage Users**
2. Click **Add User**
3. Enter their name and email

Once assigned, a new user may log in using the same login process by visiting [https://app.getcara.ai/app/signin](https://app.getcara.ai/app/signin).

### To remove a user

1. Click the **three dots** next to their name
2. Select **Disable**
3. Confirm your choice

Disabled users

* Cannot log in
* Do not count toward your active seat total

If you try to assign more users than available seats, you’ll be prompted to update your subscription.
