# AgencyZoom

> Connect your AgencyZoom CRM to Cara

### Connect AgencyZoom to Cara

<Steps>

    Enter the **AgencyZoom username** and **password** for the account you want Cara to use to read and write data to AgencyZoom.

  <Step title="Enter your credentials in Cara">
    Navigate to the [Integrations](https://app.getcara.ai/app/settings/integrations) tab in Cara and click on the "[Connect](https://app.getcara.ai/app/settings/integrations/connect/CRM_AGENCY_ZOOM)" button on the "AgencyZoom" tile. Enter your **username** and **password**   here and click **Connect**.

  <Step title="Choose your sync settings">
    Cara will now automatically read customer accounts, policies, notes, and tasks from AgencyZoom. You can also allow Cara to create **tasks** and **accounts** in AgencyZoom by enabling the appropriate toggles.

### Tips

* Keep your AgencyZoom customer and policy data accurate to ensure smooth syncing with Cara.
* Be mindful that there is a **30 request per minute rate limit** enforced on the Agency Zoom API — larger syncs may take longer to complete.
* Use Copilot when you want to manually control or validate what gets created in AgencyZoom.
