# Graph Explorer

> Search and browse the entities Cara has learned about your agency

The Knowledge Graph is Cara's structured memory — every account, contact, policy, vehicle, driver, location, and claim she has ingested from your integrations and documents lives here as a typed entity with resolved identifiers. The **Graph Explorer** gives you a direct window into that graph.

<Tip>
  The knowledge base holds unstructured documents (PDFs, manuals). The knowledge graph holds structured records (accounts, policies, contacts). Graph Explorer is where you inspect the latter.
</Tip>

## Open Graph Explorer

Navigate to **Knowledge → Graph Explorer** in the left sidebar. You'll land on a filterable table of every entity Cara has ingested.

## Search and filter

Use the search bar for substring matches on entity names, lookup codes, phone numbers, emails, FEIN, and SSN. Filter the table by:

* **Entity type** — Account, Contact, Policy, Vehicle, Driver, Location, Building, Claim, and more
* **Source** — which integration or document originally produced the entity
* **Freshness** — most recently updated first, or filter to entities that haven't been touched in a while

## Detail drawer

Click any row to open the detail drawer:

* **Attributes** — every field Cara has resolved for the entity
* **Relationships** — linked entities (a Contact's Account, an Account's Policies, a Policy's Vehicles)
* **Sources** — the specific integration records and documents that contributed to this entity
* **Supersession history** — earlier versions of the entity and what changed, so you can see how Cara's view evolved

## Why it's useful

* **Debug a lookup** — if Cara couldn't find a customer, open Graph Explorer and confirm whether the account was ever ingested and under which identifier.
* **Audit a policy** — see the raw fields Cara used before she cited them in a workspace.
* **Reconcile identities** — spot duplicate contacts or accounts and flag them for cleanup in your AMS.
