Access your subscription information by navigating to the Settings page and clicking the Subscription tab.

Subscription Overview

Under Subscription , you’ll see your current plan details:
  • Total seats purchased
  • Number of assigned vs. unassigned seats
To make changes, click Manage. This will open a managed billing portal where you can:
  • Update your billing card
  • Edit billing details (email, address, phone number, etc.)
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing (annual plans receive a 15% discount)
  • Add or remove seats
  • View previous invoices

Change Billing Frequency

To change your billing cadence:
  1. Click Manage Subscription
  2. Select Update Subscription
  3. Choose Monthly or Annual

Add or Remove Seats

To change the number of seats:
  1. Go to Manage Subscription
  2. Click Update Subscription
  3. Adjust seat count as needed
Note:
  • Adding seats triggers immediate billing
  • Removing seats generates prorated credits (e.g. downgrading from 4 to 3 seats halfway through a billing cycle will apply a credit on the next invoice)
  • A minimum of 3 seats is required on all paid plans

Notifications

A banner will appear on your homepage and in the subscription tab if:
  • Payment is overdue
  • A payment method is missing
  • An account action is required
