How It Works
You can interact with Email AI by:- Forwarding an email to cara@inbox.getcara.ai and adding your instructions in the body.
- Replying to an existing thread and copying cara@inbox.getcara.ai.
Cara will automatically create a service request for the task you ask her to do, and will mark it as complete if she is able to finish it successfully.
Example Scenarios
- Draft Email Response – “Draft an email confirming receipt of documents and outlining next steps.”
- Create Quote Proposal – “Put together a quote proposal based on the attached quotes.”
- Fill Out ACORD Form – “Fill out an ACORD form based on the client’s details in this email.”
- Pull Customer Information – “Find this customer’s 2024 policies in my AMS and compare the information to the renewal quotes”
- Update records and upload documents – “Upload this certificate to this client’s account and leave a note for their agent to review”
- Trigger a Custom Preset – “Trigger [custom preset name] with the context in this email.”
What Happens After You Send an Email
- Processing – Cara reads the thread and attachments for context.
- Execution – Cara performs the requested task.
- Tracking – All conversations involving Cara appear in the Email tab of your Cara Agency Portal.
- Completion – Cara replies in the same email thread with the completed output or next steps.
