The Knowledge module is Cara’s AI memory — the central place where your agency’s internal knowledge, documentation, and policy/account data are stored and actively referenced. Whether you’re using Cara’s white-labeled portal or integrating with your own systems, Knowledge ensures that every action taken by Cara is informed by the way your agency works.
Think of Knowledge as “what Cara knows.”

How Does It Work?

  • It houses all the reference materials Cara uses to complete servicing tasks accurately and efficiently. This can include internal wikis, onboarding documentation, coverage guidelines, underwriting manuals, and more.
  • If you’re using Cara’s white-labeled portal, it also includes structured policy and account data.
  • The more you upload and interact with Cara, the smarter she becomes. Each time you complete a task using Copilot, Cara pulls from the Knowledge module to ensure consistency with your agency’s preferences. As you add more documentation and process more workflows, Cara continually learns and improves.
