Copilot is Cara’s AI command center, designed to help you efficiently manage servicing workflows within an intelligent workspace environment. It combines AI-driven task automation, workflow templates, and collaborative Workspaces — all seamlessly integrated in one place.
Think of the Copilot as “where you get things done.”
Put simply, Copilot can help you complete various core functions of your agency:
  1. Comparisons and research. Cara can dig into policy details, coverage differences, and carrier-specific nuances and research the web for information analysis (e.g. find NAIC codes, research carrier risk appetites, supplement applicantion data, etc.).
  2. Document and content generation. Cara can generate client-ready outputs like quote comparisons, proposal summaries, ACORD forms, certificates of insurance, email drafts, and more.
  3. Information review. Cara can draw from any documents or data you provide, or your agency’s Knowledge Base and Integrations.

Presets

At the core of Copilot are Presets — both Prebuilt Presets and Custom Presets created by you or your team. A Preset is a guided workflow designed to accelerate common insurance tasks by leading you through a defined series of steps, driven by Cara. Cara includes a variety of prebuilt presets tailored for the most common servicing needs in insurance agencies, such as:
  • Comparing multiple quotes
  • Generating client-ready quote proposals
  • Exploring policies
  • Filling out ACORD forms and certificates of insurance
Additionally, Cara can be tailored to your agency’s unique processes through Custom Presets.

Workspaces

A Workspace is the live outcome generated from initiating a Preset or by directly asking Cara to perform a task. It serves as the collaborative hub where the work happens, bringing together all related conversations, documents, and actions in one place. Workspaces are shared amongst the entire team, so you can collaborate and hand off tasks effectively.
