Cara’s Communication capabilities extend the power of the Copilot by enabling seamless interaction both externally, with clients and third parties, and internally, across your team.
Think of Communication as “how you get things moving.” At the core are Cara’s integrated communication channels: Voice AI and Email AI.
Cara can take and make calls using Voice AI, summarize interactions, extract intent, and log action items. She can also work with emails — pulling out relevant information, filing documents, answering questions, or routing tasks for follow-up.  Through Voice AI and Email AI, Cara acts as a natural interface between people and process — helping you manage conversations, requests, and follow-ups without breaking your workflow.
