Agencies with multiple producers can manage producer records and signatures directly in Cara. The correct signature block is applied automatically to every COI, ACORD, and proposal, and you can override the producer on a single document from the ACORD viewer.

Manage producers

Producer records live under Settings → Agency. Each producer carries:
  • Name, license number, and contact info shown on generated forms.
  • A signature image used on ACORDs, COIs, and correspondence.
  • An optional default flag so Cara knows which producer to use when the workspace does not specify one.
Each Cara user can also carry their own producer identity via Settings → Profile, so per-user documents are signed correctly without changing agency defaults. See Producer Information for the agency-wide configuration.

Per-document overrides

Generated ACORDs open in the slideout viewer with a chevron in the header. Use it to swap the producer for the current document without affecting the agency default or other workspaces. See Fill Forms & Certificates for the viewer’s other per-document controls.
